Dr. Lee's practice accepts Medicare, Greater Newport Physicians, Monarch HealthCare, Arta and most major health insurance plans. He is fluent both in English and Chinese.
Education and Training
Dr. Gary Lee graduated from the University of California-Irvine College of Medicine in 1994. He completed a residency in Dermatology at UC Irvine in 1998. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology , American Society for Dermatologic Surgery , American Society for Moh's Surgery , and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery . He is a member of the Orange County Medical Association, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at UC-Irvine.
Dr. Lee received his PhD in Heterocyclic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, England in 1983. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Natural Product Synthesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1985. He was a Principal Scientist in novel drug research for psoriasis at Allergan Inc., Irvine from 1986-1990, and has over 60 scientific publications and patents.
